Each class is about 60 minutes. You'll get a structured warm-up, skill or strength work, and the workout of the day, all coached in real time. Cool-down and mobility included.
Absolutely. Your first class is free, no strings attached. Just show up, meet the coachs, and see if it's the right fit.
We offer 3 tiers: Legionary ($150/month), Centurion ($200/month), Digital ($29/month). No contracts, no hidden fees. You can cancel anytime.
