Not at all. Every class is coached and scalable. Whether you've never touched a barbell or you've been training for years, our coachs meet you where you are and build from there.

Each class is about 60 minutes. You'll get a structured warm-up, skill or strength work, and the workout of the day, all coached in real time. Cool-down and mobility included.

Absolutely. Your first class is free, no strings attached. Just show up, meet the coachs, and see if it's the right fit.

We offer 3 tiers: Legionary ($150/month), Centurion ($200/month), Digital ($29/month). No contracts, no hidden fees. You can cancel anytime.
